The 3KEYZ Tactical Pack Leader 16″ 5.56 NATO Complete Upper Build Kit is engineered for rugged performance and long-term reliability. Built around a 16″ 4150 CMV heavy barrel with a 1:7 twist, this upper is optimized for a wide range of 5.56 NATO loads. The carbine-length gas system, paired with a micro low-profile 0.750" gas block, ensures smooth cycling and consistent operation. An anodized 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver provides strength and stability, while the nitride-finished 9310-alloy bolt carrier group delivers durability and dependable function. The kit includes a Phase 5 “Izzy” flash hider and standard Mil-Spec charging handle, making it a drop-in, ready-to-run upper for any compatible lower.
